Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of the Twitter X.com 发帖翻译 browser extension, managed translation service, website, and annual membership (collectively, the “Product”). The Product is independently operated by Zhao Yue, an individual based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, under the 污斑兔 (DirtyRabbit) brand (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, purchasing, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product description

The Product helps users translate text drafted in supported X.com post composers. It provides two modes:

• Free BYOK mode: you provide and pay for your own DeepSeek API key.
• Annual membership: you activate a Creem-issued license key and use our managed translation service without configuring a personal DeepSeek API key.

The Product is not a general-purpose API service and does not provide users with our server-side DeepSeek API key.

3. Price, billing, and renewal

The annual membership price is US $9.99 per year, before any taxes shown at checkout. The subscription renews annually until canceled. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, invoices, receipts, and the customer billing portal.

The final amount, currency conversion, taxes, renewal date, and payment method are shown during Creem checkout and in your receipt.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel the subscription through the Creem Customer Portal linked in your receipt email. Cancellation prevents future renewal. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund, immediate cancellation, payment failure, legal requirement, or Creem policy results in earlier termination.

Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with the order number. Eligibility is reviewed case by case according to applicable consumer law, Creem Buyer Terms, Product usage, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method.

5. License and device activation

A membership license is personal to the purchaser and may be subject to the activation limit displayed for the Creem product. You must not publish, resell, rent, transfer, or share a license key outside the permitted use. Device activation may be refused when the configured limit is reached.

You may deactivate the current device from extension settings. A refunded, expired, canceled, disabled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid license may lose access to managed translation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Product for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
• Share licenses, bypass activation controls, probe private credentials, or interfere with service security.
• Automate requests at a level that harms availability or creates unreasonable cost.
• Use the Product to violate the terms, policies, intellectual property, or rights of X, DeepSeek, Creem, or another party.
• Reverse engineer or redistribute the managed service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may limit or suspend managed access when needed to prevent abuse, comply with law, respond to provider requirements, or protect the service.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing text before publishing it, protecting your browser profile and credentials, complying with applicable laws and platform rules, and maintaining any personal DeepSeek account used in free mode. Machine translation can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice.

8. Third-party services and independence

The Product depends on browser extension APIs, X.com page behavior, DeepSeek, Creem, Alibaba Cloud, and Cloudflare. Those services may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality outside our control.

The Product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Twitter, DeepSeek, or their affiliates. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability and changes

We may update the Product to maintain compatibility, security, quality, or provider integrations. X.com may change its private page structure without notice, which can temporarily affect extension behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for text you publish, third-party service failures, lost drafts, indirect loss, or consequences of relying on a translation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, our aggregate liability relating to a paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid for that membership during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Product, providers, pricing, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this public page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
